As 'Opsin' mentioned, you have to hold shift + ctrl both when drawing line. For me, this didn't worked on already draw line. You have to draw a new line while press both above keys. Also, if you have already draw line (not straight line) and want to make it as vertical line follow below steps. Click on that line 2. Select Format from top bar. Click expand icon inside of size section 4. On new expand section, go to Size & Position section and under size set WIDTH to zero. (Please refer below screen capture) Note -: As 'Scot' mentioned, you don't need to hold both Shift and Ctrl. Just hold Shift key only, when drawing straight line.
